About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Commercial Growth Specialist to shape and scale our user acquisition and market‑expansion initiatives across several digital products. In this role you will translate high‑level revenue targets into actionable roadmaps, optimise digital funnels and support regional sales teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute scalable hybrid (online & offline) market‑entry and growth strategies.
  • Build, optimise and manage end‑to‑end digital user acquisition and lead‑generation funnels.
  • Convert corporate revenue targets into daily/weekly tactical roadmaps for regional sales assets.
  • Provide decentralized sales executives with data‑backed pitch scripts, marketing collateral and targeting frameworks.
  • Plan and run educational webinars, content‑marketing and email outreach campaigns to drive platform sign‑ups.
  • Identify and target high‑yield B2B customer segments, technical hubs and corporate organisations.
  • Track, analyse and optimise core growth metrics such as CAC, conversion rates and MRR.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and messaging teams to craft value‑driven communications.
  • Manage performance‑marketing budgets across channels to maximise ROI.
  • Review and improve user onboarding experiences to boost retention and LTV.
  • Report regularly on performance metrics, growth experiments and regional sales pipelines to leadership.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • 2–3 years proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Product Marketer or Commercial Lead.
  • Experience in Fintech, Telecom or SaaS sectors within Nigeria.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and coordination with real‑world sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of B2B client acquisition channels and market‑activation strategies.
  • Ability to break down aggressive financial milestones mathematically across products and regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and team‑mobilisation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with focus on data and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, growing team environment.
