Development Officer – Real Estate Development

About the role

Reform Capital Solutions (Recapss) is seeking a technically astute Development Officer to lead the execution of its landmark real‑estate projects. You will act as the technical anchor, translating high‑level vision into on‑site construction reality while ensuring strict adherence to design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical and engineering aspects of developments, guaranteeing alignment with approved architectural, structural and MEP designs.
• Monitor on‑site civil construction processes, tracking daily/weekly progress against project timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between Recapss, general contractors, architects and engineering consultants.
• Review technical drawings and construction documents to identify structural efficiencies, cost‑saving opportunities and execution risks.
• Prepare clear, actionable progress reports for senior leadership, translating complex site data into concise updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of civil construction, structural blueprints and MEP systems.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate technical risks before they impact schedules.
