About the role

The Data Entry Operator supports daily warehouse operations by accurately handling receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of inventory while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Verify, validate, and cross‑check data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.
Retrieve, compile, and provide data reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and record‑management skills.
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify data inconsistencies.
