About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them with order selection, payment confirmation and status updates. This role ensures smooth communication between customers, bakers, decorators and the design team.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Assist customers with order selection and provide appropriate suggestions.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders.
- Confirm customer payments and prepare invoices.
Required profile
- Ensure orders are produced according to customer requirements.
- Communicate orders and specifications accurately to bakers and decorators.
- Follow up on orders throughout the production process.
- Consolidate daily orders and liaise with the Graphic Designer for design needs.
- Engage decorators regarding fondant orders and confirm designs.
