About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via calls, messages and other channels. You will ensure accurate information delivery and professional resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the organisation's products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support other customer service activities as required.

Required profile

  • Minimum SSCE qualification.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.
