Remote Appointment Setter – Full‑time (US Central Time)

About the role

We are seeking experienced appointment setters to join our remote sales team. You will engage leads who are interested in transitioning into cybersecurity careers, qualify them, and schedule calls with our Career Consultants. This is a full‑time, phone‑based position operating on US Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Call and reconnect with leads provided by the company, including new and older pipeline contacts.
• Build rapport, understand prospects' current career situation, and identify motivations for a cybersecurity move.
• Qualify prospects using our sales framework and book qualified appointments for Career Consultants.
• Drive same‑day and next‑day appointments, follow up to improve show‑up rates, and maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
• Meet daily call, appointment, and show‑up targets while participating in sales training, role‑play, and coaching.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, inside sales, call‑center or similar phone‑sales roles.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone with strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Ability to handle objections, work with KPIs and daily targets, and follow a structured sales process.
• Disciplined, organized, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
• Experience using CRM systems and comfortable with remote‑work tools.

What we offer

• Base pay of ₦200,000 per month.
• Commission of $50 for each lead you set that becomes a client.
