About the role
Join Funmak'S Emporium as a Customer Service Representative, providing professional support to our retail and fashion customers in Lagos. You will be the front‑line contact, ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Communicate with customers through various channels and keep detailed records of interactions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while knowing product details.

Required profile
