About the role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join R & R in Lagos, delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and handle enquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience and maintain good relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, patient, and customer‑focused.
