Creative Technology Lead

About the role

The Creative Technology Lead will shape and execute the agency’s creative tech strategy, driving innovative digital experiences for clients. This senior position combines technical leadership with hands‑on prototyping and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern the creative technology roadmap, coding standards, and prototyping frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical architecture and oversight for interactive campaigns, WebXR experiences, generative AI tools, and physical installations.
• Establish reusable code libraries, development frameworks, and QA workflows to boost agency‑wide experimentation.
• Partner with strategy and growth teams on client pitches, building live prototypes and identifying technology‑driven upsell opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the creative technology team while collaborating with directors and external partners to resolve cross‑functional challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Software Engineering, HCI or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience delivering interactive digital campaigns or creative technology projects in an agency or studio environment.
• Proven track record in rapid prototyping, creative coding, front‑end development and production‑ready digital activations.
• Strong hands‑on experience integrating Generative AI APIs and automation workflows, with demonstrated leadership and client‑facing presentation skills.

Required skills

• Front‑End & Creative Coding: JavaScript/TypeScript, WebGL, Three.js.
• Generative AI & Creative Automation: OpenAI API, ComfyUI, Midjourney.
• Interactive & Immersive Media: WebXR, Game Engines, AR/VR.
