About the role
Future Concerns Nigeria Limited is seeking a Contract & Procurement Support professional to join its Safety Center team in Port Harcourt. The role will support the implementation of multi‑year contract and procurement plans, ensuring seamless supply of safety equipment and services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Contract Owners in developing, negotiating and documenting contracts and tender submissions.
- Support demand forecasting, budgeting, supplier management and tender award processes.
- Maintain contract documentation and provide post‑award contract management support.
- Source and deliver on‑spec materials while ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Identify and drive third‑party spend savings, value improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain to resolve service delivery issues.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in contract management and handling contractual agreements.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and building favorable vendor agreements.
- Advanced analytical skills for evaluating procurement data and vendor performance.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; experience in oil & gas or safety equipment sector is a plus.
