Procurement Officer

About the role

The Pan‑African consulting firm based in the Durumi area of Abuja is looking for a Procurement Officer to manage the acquisition of goods and services for its projects. The role is full‑time, onsite, and offers a competitive monthly remuneration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and request for quotations (RFQs) for required materials, services and equipment.
• Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Identify and qualify reliable vendors, maintaining an up‑to‑date supplier database.
• Ensure compliance with NIPEX standards and Nigerian Content regulations where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in both foreign and domestic procurement.
• Familiarity with NIPEX and Nigerian Content requirements is an advantage.
