Content Editor & Social Media Manager

About the role

Statera Estates is looking for a Content Editor and Social Media Manager to cut short video clips, design carousels, write attention-grabbing hooks and run daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. The role also involves building reach by reaching out to UK property and Airbnb creators and accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Cut short clips (6 to 30 seconds) from long videos, web classes and calls
• Design carousels that look clean, premium and easy to read
• Write hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
• Post daily on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
• Reply to every comment and DM quickly, within the hour during your shift
• Reach out daily to creators and accounts in UK property and Airbnb to build reach
• Track what works each week and do more of it

Required profile

• A minimum of 4 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• A portfolio of short clips and carousels you designed yourself
• Experience growing an account, with numbers shown
• Ability to work UK hours
• Ownership mindset: you spot a problem, fix it and tell the team
