About the role
Join Deloitte’s Human Capital team in Lagos to support transformation initiatives focused on organizational culture and change management. You will work with clients across Nigeria and West Africa to diagnose, design and implement culture‑focused programs.
Key responsibilities
- Support analysis, research and delivery of transformation workstreams.
- Assist in diagnostics, strategy development and implementation support.
- Contribute to reports, presentations and client deliverables.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in HR, culture and change management or transformation programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HRM, Economics or Social Sciences (advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CIPM, CIPD, SHRM are a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Creativity and innovativeness in designing and delivering solutions.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced environments across Nigeria and West Africa.
- Previous consulting experience is advantageous.
