Construction Manager – Multi‑Storey Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site‑based delivery of multi‑storey residential projects (minimum six floors) in Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos. The role is hands‑on, focusing on daily execution, coordination of trades, quality control and ensuring the project stays on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations, including contractor coordination and resource allocation.
• Integrate architectural, structural and MEP works and enforce QA/QC standards.
• Manage construction sequencing from foundation through to finishing works.
• Control project timelines, productivity targets and documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal site teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on construction experience on multi‑storey buildings (6+ floors).
• BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering and COREN registration.
• Proven track record of full project lifecycle delivery and strong contractor management.
• Excellent leadership, planning and on‑site decision‑making abilities.
