Communications Associate (French)

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Communications Associate who will create and manage French‑language content for its digital channels across francophone African markets. The role blends creativity with strategic thinking to build engaging online communities and support internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, culturally relevant French posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and Facebook, and schedule them according to weekly and monthly plans.
• Write and adapt blog articles, email copy, scripts and internal newsletters in French and English, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, prepare monthly dashboards and recommend optimisation actions for francophone audiences.
• Support cross‑functional teams by providing French‑language assets for product, sales and clinical campaigns, keeping all materials on brand and on schedule.
• Maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice for all French content, reviewing for grammar, clarity and cultural relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Experience creating content and managing social media for African francophone audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
