Social Media & Online Growth Associate

About the role

SuyaBranch Lounge & Grill is seeking a creative Social Media & Online Growth Associate to boost its digital presence and drive online orders across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other channels. The role combines content creation, community management and collaboration with the operations team to showcase the brand’s food, nightlife and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish daily engaging posts and reels for Instagram and TikTok.
• Shoot, edit and produce short‑form videos using mobile tools.
• Manage stories, comments, direct messages and foster community interaction.
• Develop content around menu items, events, promotions and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Work with operations to capture authentic in‑store footage.
• Identify trends and adapt them to the SuyaBranch brand.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators when needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content trends.
• Good phone videography and editing abilities.
• Proactive, creative and able to work in a fast‑paced restaurant/lounge environment.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness.
