About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its software solutions across Africa. You will shape brand perception, drive customer acquisition, and support retention through integrated marketing initiatives. This hybrid, full‑time role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for software products.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and online advertising.
• Oversee content creation such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools to measure ROI and inform decisions.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Manage marketing budget, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve objectives.
