Clinical Psychologist – Telehealth (Nigeria)

About the role
Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Psychologist, providing mental health support to clients through scheduled video sessions. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and the option to work onsite if needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 60‑minute one‑on‑one telehealth (or onsite) sessions for clients.
- Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s.
- Fluent in English and a local language.
- Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
- Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, or similar techniques.
