Client Relationship Associate – Eastern Region

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join its Eastern Nigeria team. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience across all service channels and supporting client retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned corporate clients, building strong relationships with HR, administration and decision‑makers.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract renewal processes, including pricing discussions, negotiations and documentation.
• Conduct regular business review meetings to discuss plan performance, usage trends and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse utilisation reports and Medical Expense Ratio (MER) data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Monitor client satisfaction, flagging issues that could affect service delivery or renewals.
• Educate clients on Reliance HMO products, digital tools and new features to drive adoption.
• Support onboarding and implementation of services for new and existing accounts.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and coordinate with the Sales team when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Goal‑oriented, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
