Client Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to boost sales through personalized client engagement and relationship management within our luxury fashion retail environment. The role involves delivering premium service across multiple channels, including in‑store, phone, WhatsApp and Instagram, while maintaining detailed client profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing personalized styling advice, product recommendations and proactive follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of high‑value clients, encouraging repeat purchases and referrals.
• Manage client enquiries and orders across in‑store, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other brand channels with speed and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed client profiles, purchase history and preferences to strengthen clienteling efforts.
• Coordinate with production, alterations, inventory and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Handle client concerns discreetly, resolving issues in line with premium service standards.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in luxury/premium fashion, retail, client service or relationship‑driven sales.
• Proven ability to build and manage high‑value client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal presentation, attention to detail and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for client communication.
• Experience using Instagram for client engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital platforms.
