About the role
Havana Group of Companies is hiring a Client Relations Officer in Enugu, Nigeria. The role centres on managing client communications, building lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients and handling complaints professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries with timely, professional assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client complaints, resolve issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Use of client management tools.
