About the role
Ashmed Integrated Health Services Limited is hiring a Claims Officer in Marina, Lagos, on a full-time basis. The role reviews and processes medical claims and keeps claims documentation accurate and compliant with approved benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process medical claims
- Verify clinical records and treatments
- Ensure compliance with approved benefits
- Identify billing discrepancies
- Liaise with healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate claims documentation to support efficient claims management
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- Valid professional licence
- Relevant clinical experience
- Experience in HMO or healthcare claims management is an advantage
Required skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication
- Computer skills
