About the role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer Graduate Trainee to join our construction team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work alongside senior engineers on real projects and develop core engineering competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Collect and analyse data for project reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to plans.
- Implement and conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare documentation and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills.
- Hands‑on experience in construction (any).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
