About the role
Agrited is seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to lead and coordinate all security operations across its facilities in Ibadan and Oyo State. The role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and assets while aligning security strategies with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all security operations.
- Supervise and manage security supervisors.
- Identify security risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare security reports and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Required profile
- Retired Army Officer with a minimum rank of Captain and at least 25 years of military experience.
- Previous post‑retirement experience as a Chief Security Officer.
- Experience managing and supervising security supervisors.
- Minimum qualification of an ND and relevant security training certificates.
- Valid military discharge or retirement certificate, driver's licence, and medically fit.
- Not older than 55 years, with strong leadership, discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
