Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director

About the role

Salient Corporate Advisory Enterprises is looking for a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and drive the company's growth. The role sits at the top of the organisation, overseeing telecommunications engineering projects, technical service delivery and business operations, and is based on the Ikeja/Ogba axis in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and business expansion.
• Oversee telecommunications engineering projects, technical service delivery and operational performance.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Strengthen internal controls, operational processes and management reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing workforce.
• Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure efficient project execution, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to telecommunications engineering or technical services and financial/business management.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another relevant discipline.
• An MBA, ACCA qualification and project management certification are required or preferred as stipulated by the hiring organisation.
• Demonstrable experience in senior management, strategic execution, financial oversight and business operations.
• Strong leadership presence, analytical ability, commercial awareness, high energy and a results-oriented mindset.
