Chartered Accountant – Family Office (Lagos)

About the role

The Chartered Accountant will work full‑time on‑site at our Lagos office, supporting the family office’s investment and wealth‑management activities. You will be responsible for accurate accounting, financial analysis and reporting for a range of investment portfolios and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and manage general ledgers for complex entities.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate tax planning and compliance in partnership with external advisors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide clear financial reporting and insights to stakeholders and collaborate with investment, legal and operations teams.

Required profile

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong accounting, reporting and financial analysis experience, preferably in private equity, family office or investment management.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and experience coordinating tax filings.
• High ethical standards, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.
