Business Sales Executive (Insurance)

About the role

Heirs Life Assurance, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings founded by Mr Tony Elumelu and described as one of Nigeria's fastest-growing insurance brands, is recruiting a Business Sales Executive in Lagos. Applicants must live in Lagos. The role combines client acquisition, marketing and sales campaign execution, with attractive sales allowance, commission and performance incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships
• Promote insurance solutions through strategic marketing initiatives
• Contribute to business growth by executing effective sales campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer experience and professional advisory services
• Work independently and also within a team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Management or a related field; ND/HND holders may also apply
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently and in teams
