Business Operations Associate

About the role

KOKO TV Nigeria, a digital media company focused on content and experiences, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Operations Associate based in Ikotun, Lagos State. The role supports daily business operations, including coordinating workflows, tracking project progress and keeping internal processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows, track project progress and ensure smooth execution of internal processes
• Assist with data collection and analysis to support decision-making, and monitor key performance indicators
• Help prepare operational and financial reports
• Support cross-functional teams and help streamline processes
• Contribute to implementing operational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain documentation
• Support budgeting, forecasting and basic financial tracking

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 2:1 grade in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Strong business operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management and basic project support
• Solid analytical skills, including comfort with data, reporting and using metrics to inform decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced media and digital environment
• Previous experience in media, entertainment or a digital-first company is an advantage but not required

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets for data handling
• Foundational finance knowledge, such as budgeting support, expense tracking and basic financial concepts
