About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to support the day‑to‑day activities of our logistics services. The role will involve coordinating tasks, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and assisting in project planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business operations.
• Assist with client and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
• Prepare basic reports, records and operational documents.
• Support business development and customer engagement activities.
• Assist with planning and execution of projects.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
• Identify operational challenges and communicate them to management.
• Work with different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.

Required profile

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Basic computer and digital skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Candidates with little or no professional experience are encouraged to apply.
