Business Development Executive

About the role

Stone Depot by Impacto is looking for a driven, result-oriented and commercially minded Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities and expand its market presence in the construction, real estate, architecture and interior design industries. The role suits a proactive person with strong networking, negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills. The net salary is N200,000 - N350,000 depending on skills, experience and competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Estate Management or a related discipline
• 1-4 years of relevant sales or business development experience
• Experience in building materials, construction, real estate, interior design or architectural finishing is an advantage
• Proactive, target-driven, persuasive and comfortable with field sales and client visits
• Candidates must be available for a physical interview the day after the posting

Required skills

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prospect, generate leads, network and turn opportunities into sales
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot revenue-generating opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
