About the role
Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of its client, a leading commercial bank in Nigeria, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Assistant. The role supports business analysis, reporting, data interpretation and process improvement activities within the bank.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of Lower Credit / Second Class Lower.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, banking, finance or a related field.
- NYSC completion or exemption certificate, compulsory.
- Age limit of 29 years or below.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is an advantage.
What we offer
- Salary of 200,000 naira per month.
- HMO.
- 13th month pay.
- Leave allowance.
