About the role
We are looking for a diligent Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our construction projects. The role involves handling cost codes, invoices, payroll, and financial reporting within our real‑estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain project cost codes, WIP schedules, and charts of accounts.
- Track and allocate costs for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors and site overheads.
- Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, verify delivery documents and payment requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records.
- Prepare owner billings, lender draw requests and support external audits and tax preparation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least an OND qualification in a related field.
