Bid Proposal Associate

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented professional to support the Pursuit and Proposals function within the Clients and Market Development unit. The role involves collaborating across service lines to develop compelling proposals for private clients, government agencies, NGOs, and international institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and implement pursuit strategies aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
• Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
• Work closely with client teams to define win‑themes and proposal strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform proposal approaches.
• Maintain brand standards and accuracy across all proposal documents.
• Manage a central repository of proposals and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in proposal writing and bid management, preferably in the public sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
