Bartender – Beverage Service Specialist

About the role

The Bartender will deliver an excellent beverage service experience, preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. The role requires maintaining high standards of bar presentation, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service while engaging customers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly, explain the bar menu, and recommend beverages based on preferences.
• Prepare cocktails, beers, and other drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring proper mixing, garnishing, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, manage inventory, restock supplies, and follow stock‑control procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS terminal and uphold responsible alcohol service policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues and customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and standard cocktail preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and accurately process transactions.
