Restaurant Officer

About the role

The Restaurant Officer will coordinate NOKOUT operations, ensuring that all service items are available and that orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. This role involves managing stock, reporting performance, and overseeing dispatch riders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the NOKOUT operations and coordinate dispatch riders.
• Ensure availability of service items such as disposable plates, cutlery, stickers, and packaging bags.
• Record stock usage and maintain inventory logs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle cash‑out processes and close daily sales for the delivery section.
• Address customer complaints, enquiries, and feedback.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, English, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Demonstrated confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgement.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing work demands and maintain a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Ability to learn menu items and specials quickly.
• Knowledge of various food packaging methods.
• Understanding of business policies, procedures and health & food safety regulations.
• Good data entry and typing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
