About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Amadeus Specialist who will also lead travel and tour sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in the Amadeus GDS with a proven track record in corporate travel sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to attract individual and corporate travel clients.
- Manage end‑to‑end travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, tour packages) using Amadeus and other platforms.
- Identify, pitch, and secure high‑value travel contracts and packages for corporate customers.
- Create tailored travel packages and promotional offers for diverse market segments.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and high‑quality service.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversion.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative travel solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Submit weekly performance and marketing strategy reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client itineraries.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales, marketing or business development.
- Demonstrated success in closing corporate travel deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑first mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team.
