Airport Sales & Operations Supervisor

About the role

A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travellers is hiring an Airport Sales & Operations Supervisor in Abuja. The role strengthens team performance, improves customer experience and eliminates operational lapses.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily and monthly sales targets for eSIM and pSIM products.
• Supervise attendants to improve conversions and upselling.
• Ensure strict compliance with company registration policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily sales reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with product managers and improve service quality.
• Mentor and enforce discipline within the team.
• Provide regular sales and operations reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales supervision, telecom, fintech or retail operations, preferably aged 30-35.
• Available to work on-site 6 days a week, including weekends.
