About the role
A fast-growing tech company offering digital eSIM services to international travellers is hiring friendly, tech-savvy people for its customer support booths at the airport and other locations in Abuja. The role involves helping travellers buy and activate eSIMs, giving customer support and reaching a monthly sales target. It is a full-time position with a shift-based schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to travellers at the booth
- Explain and activate eSIM plans
- Help customers with basic phone settings
- Record daily sales using Google Sheets
- Reach a monthly sales target of 1,000 eSIMs
Required profile
- Lives in Airport Road/Lugbe or has easy access to the airport
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Friendly, professional and reliable; previous sales, retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and night shifts (for the airport role)
Required skills
- Basic computer and mobile phone literacy
- Google Sheets
What we offer
- Take-home salary of N150,000 (net) per month
- Sales commission when targets are reached
