About the role
The Admin Operations Officer will oversee the cleaning team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This role combines supervisory duties with inventory management and compliance oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff.
- Train cleaners and inspect the quality of cleaning services.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
- Manage client relationships and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- HND/BSc degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Must reside on or near the Island.
