About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting activities for EPC projects in Abuja. The role involves monitoring project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations for EPC projects.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and cost analyses.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, receivables and payables.
- Review vendor and subcontractor invoices and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers and project accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in EPC, construction or project‑based environments.
- Strong understanding of project accounting and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple project‑related transactions with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Abuja.
