Account Manager – Drive Juniper Networks Growth

About the role

The Account Manager will own revenue growth and market development for Juniper Networks’ portfolio across an assigned territory. You will create and execute territory and account strategies, build strong customer and channel relationships, and drive enterprise and service‑provider opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute territory, account and opportunity plans aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritise regular engagement with customers and partners, balancing coverage, pipeline development and strategic account activity.
• Develop and lead strategic relationships with channel partners (resellers, MSPs, distributors) following the Juniper Partner Advantage model.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, analyse sales performance, and use CRM data to prioritise growth activities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from qualification to commercial closure, coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth by expanding strategic accounts, acquiring new customers and increasing adoption of software, hardware and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology, networking, IT infrastructure or channel sales, preferably managing multi‑country territories.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI‑Native Networking solutions (Mist AI, Marvis).
• Experience with wired and wireless networking, WAN/SD‑WAN, security, data‑center, routing and switching technologies.
