3D Game Developer (Real Estate Simulation)

About the role

Expert Listing is building a 3D real‑estate simulation game that lets players explore properties, neighbourhoods and make buying, renting and investment decisions using real platform data. We need a developer to enhance the existing prototype and help ship the final product.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve 3D environments, property interiors/exteriors and the core gameplay loop.
• Transform real‑world listings, prices, locations and flood‑zone data into in‑game mechanics and scenarios.
• Add features such as virtual walkthroughs, investment and rental‑yield simulations, and neighbourhood exploration.
• Optimise performance for mid‑range Android devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on game design, prioritisation and rapid iteration.
• Integrate the game with existing web and mobile platforms.

Required profile

• Strong experience with a 3D engine or framework (Unity C#, Unreal, Three.js, Babylon.js).
• Portfolio of shipped 3D games, simulations or interactive experiences.
• Solid grasp of 3D optimisation for mobile and web (LODs, asset compression, draw calls).
• Experience working with APIs and live data.
• Self‑driven, comfortable taking ownership in an early‑stage startup.

Required skills

• Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine.
• Three.js or Babylon.js.
• WebGL / WebGPU.
• Blender or other 3D modelling tools.
• API integration.
