Team Lead – Loan Products & Customer Acquisition

About the role

The Team Lead will drive marketing and acquisition of loan products for Swift Consulting, a financial services provider in Lagos. You will promote loan offerings, build customer relationships, and ensure smooth processing of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s loan products and financial services.
• Identify and generate new customers through direct marketing, referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain loan products, terms, eligibility requirements, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.
• Receive and process loan applications, ensuring complete documentation.
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and verify relevant information.
• Follow up on loan applications and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor customer repayments and follow up on outstanding obligations.
• Meet and exceed assigned marketing, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer acquisition, loan applications, and performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, micro‑finance, lending, banking, or a related role.
• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Good knowledge of loan products and basic credit assessment (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
