Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CloudPlexo is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and consulting positions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and client delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft accurate job descriptions and set realistic timelines.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Conduct competency‑based screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and advise on competitive positioning.
• Support DEI initiatives by ensuring diverse candidate slates and reducing bias.
• Represent CloudPlexo at career fairs, university events and industry conferences.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance) and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in an IT consulting or technology environment.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
