Solution Architect (Intermediate, Specialist, Consultant)

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design, develop and integrate enterprise‑grade applications across our digital platforms. The role will support multiple projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with governance standards. You will work closely with product, engineering, QA and business teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement application components, APIs and system integrations for enterprise systems.
• Apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and version control to streamline releases.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, reliability, security and performance requirements.
• Follow enterprise coding, governance and secure deployment standards.
• Support testing, defect resolution and quality‑assurance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, release notes and implementation artefacts.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (post‑graduate degree or certifications a plus).
• 7–15+ years of experience in enterprise‑scale digital or technology environments.
• Completed NYSC.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
