UI Developer – Junior to Consultant Levels

About the role

We are looking for a UI Developer to join our product teams. The role is open to candidates at junior, intermediate, specialist or consultant levels and involves turning UI/UX designs into functional, secure and performant web interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Implement front‑end solutions using modern technologies, frameworks, APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back‑end developers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Follow coding, documentation and secure‑coding standards while maintaining technical artefacts.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, version control and deployment activities.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, accessibility and reliability of UI components.
• Work within governance, release and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business or related field (NYSC completed).
• 4–15+ years of relevant experience, depending on the level applied for.
• Proven experience in enterprise‑scale digital or technology environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
• APIs and integration techniques.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
• Performance optimisation, scalability and security best practices.
• Accessibility standards and UI principles.
• Secure coding, access control and secure data handling.
• Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC knowledge.
