Senior Project Manager – Data Center Modernization & Migration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale data center modernization and migration programs. The role involves overseeing complex infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data center consolidation, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud‑ready environment projects.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans for multiple concurrent programs.
• Manage migration planning and execution, including lift‑and‑shift, re‑platforming and re‑architecting strategies.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, application and business teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders, conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular updates.
• Establish governance frameworks, maintain RAID logs and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track financial performance, manage budgets, optimize costs and oversee vendor contracts.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing complex data center, cloud migration or infrastructure transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong risk, governance and financial management skills.
