About the role

SafaraBlue is looking for a motivated Shawarma Sales Attendant to join its on‑site team in Lagos. This full‑time position involves preparing and serving shawarma, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean, welcoming sales area for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook shawarma according to company standards.
• Serve customers promptly, taking orders and processing payments.
• Maintain inventory levels, receive supplies, and monitor stock freshness.
• Keep the sales area clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash registers accurately and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with occasional promotional activities and customer feedback collection.

Required profile

• Basic culinary knowledge related to shawarma preparation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate in English.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Lagos.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
