Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across several geographies and business functions. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, operational, administrative and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and support external agencies when needed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions.
• Experience recruiting internationally, especially in Nigeria, Germany, the UK and the USA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related field.
