Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant

About the role

Dangote Petroleum & Petrochemicals is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). The role will support complex talent management transformations and ensure seamless integration with broader HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with HR, L&D and business stakeholders to capture performance and goal‑setting requirements.
• Analyse current processes, identify gaps and propose best‑practice solutions using SuccessFactors PMGM.
• Design, configure and deploy PMGM components such as goal templates, performance review forms, 360‑degree feedback, calibration and competency integration.
• Develop complex routing maps, approval workflows and role‑based permissions (RBP) to secure data.
• Define integration points with Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development and external HRIS/payroll systems using Integration Center or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Support data migration strategies and create detailed configuration workbooks and design documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically PMGM.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end implementations and integrations.
• Strong functional knowledge of performance management, goal alignment and competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior HR and business leaders.
